This is a nice place in a great location. There's several apts off a main hallway with laundry at the end. These are efficiency units. Very clean and well constructed. The hosts were very pleasant and accommodating.

Amazing spot right in the centre of the city. Construction nearby but with the windows closed it's not too bad. Really nice room and great responsive host.

The hosts were among the most helpful and friendly hosts we ever had. They had great communication and gave local recommendations for food and activities. The room itself held a very high standard and felt very modern. Parking garage and laundry was a big bonus for us who made a month-long trip. Couldn't recommend more!

I was in Christchurch for a conference & wanted something within walking distance of Te Pae. This was a great location for me and an easy walk. Super easy access with keypad entry, so no need to worry about a key. Unit is very small with only single beds, but exactly as the photos. It was new, clean and had everything I needed, communication from the host was great and she was very helpful.

We had a lovely stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and modern, perfect for a small weekend getaway. I have stayed here three times now, while working on a project in Christchurch. It's a super perfect spot. Clean, great location, excellent hosts and really easy to get in and out. Couldn't recommend booking this place more highly - whether it's for work or pleasure. If the project continues, I'll definitely be booking it up again next year. And when I am next in Christchurch for a holiday, I'll be booking it too! Thanks so much to the hosts for being the best hosts!

Great location, very comfortable space, & sparkling clean, too. Easily walkable to CBD, Hagley Park, & the Botanic Gardens.. The host and co-host were wonderfully responsive to a few requests I made. Highly recommend it.

The hosts were excellent hosts. Super responsive and friendly. The place is really clean and presents well. Great location and super good price for the quality and facilities. I stayed for a few weeks and they did regular cleans and contact. Will definitely be booking again. Everything is within walking distance - right near the Avon River, close to Victoria Rd shops and restaurants and easy walking distance into the centre of Christchurch. A brilliant place. Can't recommend it more highly.
